Stuart Bastin started working as a Podiatrist in 2007. He has worked in the public sector as the head of the Podiatry department for West Gippsland Healthcare Group (Warragul Hospital), as well as Privately across the Casey, Cardinia, Baw Baw and South Gippsland Shires. In 2014 Stuart partnered up with a friend he met in University, Jack Fitzpatrick, and Podium Podiatry was created. Initially Stuart and Jack were the only Podiatrists, however as the population has grown, so too has our Podiatry team. We have 8 Podiatrist’s working across 5 locations in 2026, with another 2 Podiatrist’s set to join our team in 2027.

Outside of Podiatry, Stuart enjoys watching the football and is actively involved in local and representative basketball. This includes playing, coaching his 2 daughters and team management.

Stuart will be consulting at Warragul Specialist Centre once a fortnight on a Tuesday
