Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) from 8:30am to 5pm.
GP’s are required to fax referral to 03 5642 6699 and reception will look after the booking for the specialists. Appointments can vary from 15 minutes and up to an hour depending on the specialist and needs of the patient.

CANCELLATIONS
Please call on (03) 5642 666 Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) from 8:30am to 5pm and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can give that time to another patient also in need.
This means that if you need to change or cancel your appointment you must arrange this no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Please note that Medicare and private health insurance do not provide rebates for cancelled or unattended appointments.
