Dr David Edis is an Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeon based in Melbourne. David's main interest is in the management of adult spinal conditions. He has particular expertise in minimally invasive spinal surgery and employs advanced robotic technology to correct spinal deformities with precision and accuracy.
David is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care through a multi-disciplinary approach. He works closely with general practitioners, pain specialists, physiotherapists, clinical psychologists, nurses and occupational therapists to provide evidence based, contemporary treatment tailored to each patient's needs.
In addition to his spinal practice, David continues to perform hip and knee arthroplasty using robot navigation. He also provides an on-call trauma theatre service through Peninsula Private Hospital for patients with acute orthopaedic injuries.
